Our Projects
DCS Migration Experion LX
Upgrading DCS aims to control and monitor processes in the oil and gas industry, such as production operational needs. Upgrading DCS is used to control and monitor process variables such as pressure, flow, and level, to ensure safe and efficient process operation. By utilizing this, the industry can achieve increased efficiency, increased safety, and reduced operational costs
Upgrading System Safety
Upgrading the safety system is very necessary as protection against lightning damage for internal panel systems and instrumentation and data equipment.
Preventive Maintenance and Troubleshooting
1. Inspection of system condition and health
2. Confirming DCS operational performance
3. Inspecting DCS systems
4. System Integrity Check
5. Process Network Check
6. Server / HMI Check
7. Control Rooms Audit
8. Antivirus update and Patch updat
Upgrading Emergency Shutdown System
ESD (Emergency Shutdown System) as the main safety when DCS (Distributed Control
System) as the main controller is unable to keep the unit operating at safe limits. The
main job is to upgrade the existing ESD with a new system but still compatible and can
communicate with the existing subsystem so that it can run operations in the field
simultaneously.
Here’s a detailed approach to upgrading an ESD system:
1. Assessment of existing System
2. Define Upgrade Objectives
3. Select new ESD
4. Redesign the system architecture
5. Upgrade communication systems
6. Control Logic Update
7. Implementation and installation work
8. Inspection and testing
9. Engineering, operation and maintenance training
10. Reporting
